The National Bank of Pakistan, a leading financial institution, is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for several positions in the Office of the Secretary Board of Directors based in Karachi. Below are the details of the available positions:


1. Section In-charge – Board Committees Wings (OG-II / OG-I)

Number of Vacancies: 1
Reporting to: Wing Head – Board Committees Wings

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Graduation degree or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably in a Company Secretary Office or a related role.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage Board Committees Meetings.
  • Prepare draft minutes of the committee meetings.
  • Coordinate and follow up on status updates and implementation reports.
  • Maintain and update official records, ensuring their safekeeping.
  • Handle various administrative tasks as required.

2. Staff Officer – Board Committees Wings (OG-III)

Number of Vacancies: 1
Reporting to: Section In-charge – Board Committees Wing

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Graduation degree or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a financial institution, preferably in a Company Secretary Office.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing Board Committees Meetings.
  • Prepare draft minutes and maintain accurate records.
  • Help in preparing extract letters and managing official documentation.
  • Coordinate and follow up on status updates and implementation reports.

3. Support Officer – Management Credit Committee Wing (OG-III)

Number of Vacancies: 1
Reporting to: Department Head – Management Credit Committee Wing

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Graduation degree or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by HEC.

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of banking experience, preferably in Credit Management (Corporate, Commercial, SME, or Retail Banking).

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and maintain Management Credit Committee (MCC) memos.
  • Track and update MCC records.
  • Assist in report preparation and manage communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the Department Head in managing MCC-related tasks and addressing queries.
